My Journey…

As a child, I loved being in the garden, running amongst trees, chasing the butterflies, dancing in the rain, looking at flowers and simply just being amongst nature. Born in India into a loving family, I learnt a lot from my Grandma, and spent hours with her in our garden that grew everything from healthy veggies to delicious juicy fruits and we even had a lotus pond! I watched the dragonflies hovering over always wondering… yes, I felt so lucky to have such a beautiful childhood.

On my journey, I was intuitively drawn to learning healing therapies from Reiki, Pranic Healing, followed by Classical Fengshui in the UK. And truly delighted to be a certified Fairyologist, connecting with the healing energies of nature studying it in more detail and being drawn to Mother Earth. It is truly my passion… this is when I was introduced to Oracle card readings and love practicing them, mainly for the purpose of receiving healing messages from our Angels, guides above, helping gain a good understanding and insight as to what is really happening in our lives. Being an empath I could intuitively sense and felt the urge to help make better, I was led to other healing techniques meridian healing with tapping EFT, and hand Reflexology that would further help on a physical level while Bach essences, being vibrational flower drops energetically healing from the within.

I was fascinated how our emotions affect our body, and I wasn’t the only one to research! Dietmar Kramer, an innovative German practitioner studied this concept on body maps in detail and in his work detailed how emotions relate to each part of our body. Also to mention my respect to Louise Hay. Her book  Heal Your Body, a true masterpiece gifted to me by my Reiki teacher 30 years ago, I always treasure it. This reference guide has been exceptional in understanding human nature and our emotions specially with children. I enjoy working with them, so innocent and pure, very responsive to energy work and love, engaging with our Seniors, listen to them talk their life stories truly so fascinating!

I soon learned that common synchronicity in all these therapies was they helped to heal at a cellular level, detoxing the body, boosting immunity and problems would quickly fall way, almost like magic. The connection between the universe energy, how it influences our aura, our invisible defence shield and our chakras. Overtime, once weakened causes various problems in the body and emotions that then further affect us physically. Hence healing needs to come at all levels from the physical to the emotional to the metaphysical and spiritual.

With this understanding of the law of the universe, the importance of gratitude and my love for teaching and connecting with people, I was drawn to teaching Holistic workshops in small groups so I could bond with each one understanding their paths. Along the way, I learnt about Perimenopause to Menopause. This time must be a welcoming phase in our lives, a time where we can be understanding and appreciate the working of our bodies, being more intuitive towards ourselves as a transitional phase for the next phase, and surely we need to accept welcome and rejoice in our Womanhood.

I have been blessed to be able to have The Sacred Space virtual, being able to connect with friends and family across the globe … and taking a leap of faith that let me to Shana’s tailoring school, do read our story on Ko-Fi.

My gratitude for all the love and support I received so far along this path, to those who have shared my passion and enthusiasm specially my children who started me on YouTube Oracle Sundays two years ago and now have set me on the social media platform plus organising and maintaining my profiles. With Sacred Spaces, I look forward to more online meets, Holistic Consultations and more workshops, Card readings and more blogging…… our virtual time together.

With love and blessings,

Archana Mahtani
