I am now taking regular EFT Tapping sessions in the Seniors group virtually alternate Tuesdays

It is 10 mins tapping along with me

Each session on a different health topic

Next month focusing on Eye problems

The group is approx 20 members.

18/3 - eyestrain, blurry vision, dry eyes, infection

25/3- long term problems as increasing vision number, cataract etc
