About me

Hello,

I am Archana Mahtani, Holistic Health Practioner been into alternative healing and complementary medicine since over 30 years. I came to London in 1999 prior to this practised Reiki 1 & 2 and crystal healing in India alongside working in the family business of priniting and creative media.

My journey has been my life’s passion, connecting with nature, and studying how our emotions affect our bodies. Being a Bach flower practitioner, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner, Fairyologist and being spiritually aware of how the Metaphysical energy and law of the Universe affects our lives ‘The Holistic Health Consultation’ is a complete package monitoring your progress over a period of time and looking at the science behind our bodies with a holistic approach.

I enjoy working with children and they being so innocent and pure are very responsive to energy work especially EFT tapping. Also love engaging with our Seniors, listening to them talk their life stories are truly so fascinating! I searched for alternative ways for women to handle their Peri- Menopause symptoms affectively and have been organising awareness workshops for women to understand this phase in their lives.

The Sacred Space is a perfect platform with information on each of the therapies, holistic consultation, wellness workshops, Oracle Card Readings, a place to write my blogs that i so enjoy doing plus connecting to all social media in one place. A place where i can especially share my creativity and new innovative ideas with all of you virtually, without distance getting in our the way. We are giving 10% of all contributions to a cause on KoFi knowing that what we give comes back to us with greater abundance, more love and much more blessings.
